On Christmas Eve we ate, laughed and awaited the arrival of .... no, we did not! Although Ellie provided us an update on Santa's whereabouts throughout the night by using the Santa Tracker App, we did not await the arrival of Santa. No milk and cookies left out, no note for Santa to read and no color coded wrapping paper to ensure we knew which gifts where from us and which from Santa.
This was a wonderfully peaceful Christmas Eve. We had pasta for dinner and created a new family tradition of chocolate fondue for dessert. Such a sweet treat that is rarely thought about here. We watched It's a Wonderful Life and Family Man before those visions of sugarplums danced in our heads.
