On Wednesday before lunch, Ellie and I found a gorgeous little spot to take a walk and find some birds. Mostly there were ducks on the water, and gulls in the air. There was also a turtle who'd crawled up for a rest from the water, while two smaller turtles swam nearby.
As you can see there was plenty of sunshine and Ellie shed her jacket about 10 minutes into our walk. The temps reached the high 70's. Which is unseasonably mild, even for Dallas! And we took full advantage of it getting outside!
I've promised her we'd keeping finding fun places to be outside, take some cool pictures and keep looking for birds. We'll keep you posted with what we find!
