Friday was Day 4 of the Burger Challenge. We strung together a few stops along the way including checking on Izzy in McKinney and chose a burger spot closer to Allen. Village Burger Bar was another place that was really busy when we arrived and when we left!
Ellie is enjoying her Truffle Fries and her burger with American and basil mayo along side. Although they had Coke at the fountain AND the good ice, the Coke wasn't calibrated properly and was too sweet for me! Has to be the perfect balance, especially when pairing with a burger and fries.
We believe we have convinced Bill that although tomorrow is Saturday, we may need one more entry into the 2016 Burger Challenge - and he needs to take part with us!
A good day was had by all!
