Pasta!

Today we decided would be a good day to make fresh pasta.  You know the kind with semolina flour and the pasta machine?  We have the Kitchenaid attachment that attaches to my mixer. It rolls the dough into strips and then we made the dough strips into linguine.

It was wonderful!

It was a family project - and then it was dinner.  We ate it with shrimp, lemon and garlic.  What a great dinner to end a great weekend!
