Snow update at 4pm



While Bill and Ellie are on round two of shoveling and having fun in the snow, I'm enjoying a hot cup of tea and watching Syracuse win in a nail-biter down to the final shot! WHEW!

Snow total in Charlottesville at 4pm = 7 inches
